When the lack of menses is accompanied by cravings for some things and the hating of some foods and smells you used to like, it will be conclusive that you are pregnant.  You will still have to confirm everything with a blood test  or a pregnancy urine test at home. These two will test the presence of human chronionic gonadotrophin hormone that is referred to as the hormone of pregnancy.
